Meeting package with accommodation includes: Morning coffee/tea with roll Lunch with 1 beer or mineral water Afternoon coffee with cake Dinner, 2 courses Fruit in the meeting room Ice water in the meeting room Meeting room and standard equipment Accommodation Breakfast buffet The above rates are per person per night and are based on a minimum of 10 persons. In connection with accommodation environmental supplement of DKK 35,- (Euro 5,-) per room per night must be added to the rates. Our rates and environmental supplement include 25% VAT and service.
